This freestanding figure of a horse is well cast and anatomically accurate. The head of the animal is tilted slightly to the right and the mane and tail are both well defined. Shown in motion, the two right legs are placed a step in front of the two left legs with the front right leg lifted. Found in the Holy Land. In very good and original condition with natural patina.
